Job Responsibility

• To provide marketing expertise to clients.
• To communicate with customer and build and develop customer relationships.
• To create detailed reports and propose marketing strategies.
• Serve clients and provides written documents and verbal presentations for each client to guide the creation of new marketing plans and strategies.
• To assist directors in coming up with focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools for each product or service.
• Tracks sales and feedback and adjusts marketing strategies as necessary.
• To establish marketing tracking methods to help each client evaluate performance over time.
• To help with marketing plans, direct marketing and campaigns
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, courteous and must be guest service oriented.
• Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions.
• MUST at least THREE (3) year working experience. Working experience of 4 / 5 years is an added advantage.
• Good command in spoken and writing in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaya. (MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY).
• Good knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Solid communication skills.
