Job Responsibility

• Thematic product naming (English and Chinese), prepare ad copy, content copywriting, proofreading, guidance on creative design of ads
• Communicate with in-house designer to prepare material ads
• Coordinate with advertising agency, manage digital media buying
• Create video content direction and outline, arrangement for video shooting, and editing video content
• Tracking sales trends for seasonal, festive products or other related campaigns
• Creating content and managing all social media platforms (major on Facebook, minor in Instagram, Google Business profile)
• Industry social media trend tracking and record
• Placing Facebook ads for general advertising
• Tracking traffic, engagement, and conversion rate of Facebook ads to adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analysis

Job Requirements

• Conduct market and industry research
• Contributing ideas, concepts, and activities to marketing campaigns
• Prepare festive or seasonal campaign budget including cost estimation, and updating marketing expenses
• Presenting the campaign to top management and getting approval for the campaign
• Pre-plan Facebook posting date in Google calendar
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Coordinating promotional activities, events, interviews, and etc
• Communicate closely with relative departments for new product launching, festive seasons, or other related campaigns.
• Analyse the effectiveness of the creative strategy with different ad formats for each ad platform, e.g., image, video, carousel, canvas, etc
• Create a post- campaign report by analysing ad data and marketing feedback
• Market research, study, collect, organize and preparing solution report on problem raised from top management
