Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
oTo manage and drive the card memberships and loyalty programs in order to achieve the established Company business and top-line goals.
oTo plan, implement and execute effective programs to reward existing members.
oGenerate and compile CRM analysis/reports and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty campaigns and brand performance
oTo systematically manage anti-attrition numbers by establishing anti-attrition programs that promotes continued card loyalty.
oTo work closely with respective internal departments to ensure all programs are executed within budget and timelines given.
oTo plan for more 3rd party tie up eg: Banks, Corporate Company or colleges to increase POP Card recruitment rate.
oInvolve in Bookfairs and BookFest recruitment mechanics.
oTo handle customers' enquiries via POPULAR website, phone calls and email.
Requirements:
oCandidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
oFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
oNumerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
oExperience in working with customers databases, data analysis, and email marketing platforms are added advantage
oGood verbal & written communication skill
oMultilingual is an added advantage
oAble to work independently and commited
