Job ResponsibilityRequirements:
1. Diploma in Nursing is a must.
2. Able to work on shift.
3. Working hours am shift 8am to 8pm, pm shift vice versa.
KPI:
1. Newborn handling including of feeding, bathing, newborn massage, bottles & item sterilising, preparing report and pass report on time, and etc.
2. Postpartum care including of daily BP monitoring, wound dressing, breastfeeding support and counselling, hair wash service for mummy and etc.
3. Take care the cleanliness of baby room.
4. Give small talk to parents such as how to handle baby, bathing, and prepare training for staff.
5. Any ad-hoc job or task given by the company.
