Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handle Healthcare Products for all e-commerce marketplace. (TikTok, Shopee& etc.) Maintaining products listing, pricing & uploading.
Maintaining high standard of customer services by handling all inquiries/ feedbacks in a timely manner.
Day-to-day operational execution and fulfilment on e-commerce platforms.
Handle submission for all online activities, campaign and promotions.
Coordinate the courier packing and shipping to ensure fulfilment & targets are achieved.
Handling returns and refund to your respective e-commerce platforms.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report for management review.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channel, marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends to usability best practices.
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Ability to work well in a team.
