Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring events, advertising activities & media buying, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with agencies to devise an Advertising campaign that meets the marketing direction and budget.
- Present campaign ideas and budget.
- Negotiate with agencies about the details of the campaign.
- Present creative work for the approval of the modification.
- Handle budgets, and manage campaign costs and invoices.
- Report and analyze the advertising & marketing campaign.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the campaigns.
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Arrange and attend meetings.
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with media, event organizers, and government agencies.
- Achieve planned marketing objectives and work within the approved budget.
- Gather and organize information to plan an advertising campaign.
- To ensure full compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
-Minimum Degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in advertising & Media buying.
- Meticulous and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as google docs and Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
