Marketing or Sales Executive
Job Overview
To develop and acquire sales leads Solar PV System Market for Net Energy Metering Program to different industries such as residential, commercial, industrial and government.
Job Scope:
Conduct Market Research by assisting the Project Manager in preparation of any competitor analysis required i.e. to gather information within the industry on competitors and provide insight counter strategies.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining product features demonstrating Product

Responsible for Sales and Marketing division in region Peninsular Malaysia
Able to conduct Market Research such as Segmentation, Michael Portal 5 forces, PESTL and etc
Able to provide effective marketing strategies and tactics to different market and generate sales that meet company sales target.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call and meeting schedule.
Able to Assist clients to proceed for any Local Council certification, agreements and legislation application matters.
Able to connect engineering team and communicate with client work designs progress. Resolve issues that hinder project progress.

Requirements:
o More than 3 years in relevant with Sales, Marketing, Engineering with strong product working knowledge and practices (preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Machinery related)
o Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or any relevant will be an added advantage
o Show past proven sales achievements, marketing strategy, selling strategy and etc
o Fundamental Knowledge about Electrical and Mechanical
o Able to travel individually to meet clients in Malaysia
o Has involve in Sales, Engineering, marketing from similar industries/ Solar Pv industry (added advantage)
o Able provide insights and leadership skill to sales team
o Possess strong communication and listening skill
o Able to work in KL, Penang, Ipoh etc
o Candidate with mandarin speaking with be an added advantage
