- New customer or partner acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and outdoor promotional activities such as directly approaching shops/restaurants/cafes in order to promote company services;
- Distribution of advertising materials, setting up banners and putting on promotional stickers to the designated shops/businesses;
- Work with and manage the promoters assigned to perform the promo code activation to increase the awareness on the company services.
- Manage the driver registration process and establish good communication and build relationships with drivers, which includes solving their work related issues.
- Mediate between drivers and customers, processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online or on the phone/ face to face) and tracking the quality of the provided services.
- Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field;
- Fluent English, knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is also preferred;
- Sales / Marketing background;
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs;
- Problem solving skills, ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and new marketplace dynamics.
