Job Responsibility? Supervise and coordinate site work to ensure process of works meet project schedules and sub-contractors perform up to expectation.
? To manage and secure all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements for all aspects of site safety.
? To ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc.
? To attend site meetings, project meetings, prepare work progress reports and highlight problems or defects in construction works.
? Ensure site safety and health regulation are complied.
? Ensure that materials and equipment delivered to site are adequately identified and safety handled and stored to prevent loss, damage or injury.
? To supervise subcontractor on works, planning work progress and solve the problems at the site.
? To identify, evaluate and manage manpower for site installation and implementation.
? To provide on-site and off-side troubleshooting and services.
