Job Requirements
o Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in all aspects of Digital Marketing
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
o Good command of English and Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and communicate effectively.
o Language proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
o Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Key knowledge and Responsibilities in the following areas are expected from the potential candidate
o Responsible for the overall digital marketing campaigns for the company
o Playing an active role in supporting in ensuring the creation of digital marketing content on all social media platforms
o Knowledge in the following is a must - ability to target, market and grow the companies online presence on twitter, FB, IG , Tik Tok , Google etc.
o Ability to manage Lazada, Shopee, Alibaba, and Amazon platforms to increase sales for the company within the marketplace
o Knowledge in Alibaba and marketing within Alibaba is desired but not mandatory as training will be provided
o Ability to undertake marketing research for the products under the company, ability to do product comparisons, develop USPs for the products, develop marketing strategies
o Ability to make videos and use design platforms such as Canva
o Undertake business development and customer relationship building for the company
o Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
o Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database
