Job ResponsibilityRole requirement: -
? Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ANY background, preferably Business related background
? No work experience required, Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply
? Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
? Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
? Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and etc)
? Good attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines
? Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
? Position requires extensive use of the telephone with basic customer service skills /phone etiquette
? Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and willing to learn technical information provided in trainings
? Knowledge of logistics and inventory controls will be added advantage
? Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design & video editing software will be added advantage
? Able to speak and write and Mandarin as need to liaise with China customer
