Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:-
o Development and management of the marketing and communications strategy in line with company objectives.
o Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
o Manage marketing requirements for industry trade shows and exhibitions.
o Create marketing material in line with marketing plans for a range of digital and print channels including emails, flyers, adverts etc.
o Manage and implement promotional/advertising campaigns, negotiating best prices.
o Monitor competitors, identifying new marketing opportunities.
o Act as a brand guardian ensuring all internal and external materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging and visual identity.
o Protect brand reputation through social monitoring (i.e. responding to online comments, feedback, reviews and complaints) as well as the development of a crisis management plan.
o Write and produce monthly feature articles and columns.
o Manage the production and publication of the industry member's magazine; The Standard.
o Design and manage the social media strategy.
o Manage the website's CRM system, ensuring content is kept up to date.
o Coordinate the production of external print and digital documents/publications.
o Produce communications tools for a range of internal and external channels e.g. presentation/report templates, documents, member communications etc.
o Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate marketing and communications campaigns.
o Produce a monthly report on marketing and communications campaign effectiveness, identifying and taking acting on areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities:-
o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/ Professional Certificates/ SPM/ Higher/ Graduate, Mass Communication/ Journalism Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
o At least 3 years of working experience in MARCOM industry. Exposure to tour and travel activities, events, hospitality events and corporate image building functions preferred.
o Good interpersonal communication skills.
o Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Mac environment.
o Copywriting and copyediting.
o Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
o Highly organized; ability to work independently; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
