Job Responsibilityo Assist in planning, developing, implementing and coordinating crew rotation, recruitment process and crew certificate for all vessel owned and managed by the company are in accordance with the authority, clients and company's requirements.
o Assist on crew documentation and key in crew's personal data.
o Arrange and coordinate travelling arrangements for on-off signing officers and crew in liaison with the Manning Manager, the Masters and Agents.
o From time to time to perform any other duties as directed by his/her Manager(s).
