Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer's need.
Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin/Cantonese language via phone , email or Chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
Job Requirements
Customer-oriented with good communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication skills in English is an advantage
Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
