Job Description
Job Responsibility 1) Direct and coordinate the company's quality program, including to sustain and maintaining of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & IATF16949 certificate and act as company's QMR. 2) Manage and review quality control reports, statistical process control metrics and manage Nonconformity monthly in Quality & Delivery Performance Meeting. 3) Establish and conduct periodical audit HHBPO operations to ensure parts, systems and procedures are well maintained according to standard and customer requirement (VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, QASA, YQA). 4) Skill up employees in the analysis of basic causes of customer complaints and returns, and participate in initiating corrective action. 5) Manage and review Quality Change Management in terms of work instructions and operating procedures for new or changed processes, as well as rework instructions for non-standard operations. 6) Interpret, review and control quality agreement, standards, specifications, quality requirements, control plan and quality planning for in-plant customer inspections as per requirement. 7) Contribute and manage the preparation of control plans for each part to be used during production to maintain product quality and best practice. 8) Assure that the quality level of the finished product meets the customer's expectations. 9) Lead and establish continuous quality improvement reduces manufacturing costs and improves overall product (ESS, ICC). 10) To perform and assist any task given by the Management as per requirement. 11) To build a multiskilling workforce (direct man power) with proper plan to increase entire quality team performance. 12) Stay up to date with latest quality system, best practices and technology by benchmarking the best practice activities (externally and internally) to enable the shop floor operation explore to higher level of achievement. 13) Working as a team with all other departments and provide the best solution to the company; in consideration of highest Job Requirements
