Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
1) To coordinate buying, promotional & merchandising activities for Grocery Division and follow through on timely inward and outward deliveries.
2) To negotiate with local and international suppliers on price, quantity, quality and trading terms to meet the Company's objective.
3) To develop action plan and recommendation to reduce store's disposal.
4) To compile information from all stores and analyze customer's purchasing behaviour and market trend.
5) To monitor suppliers' delivery performance.
6) To ensure optimum stock level for all stores are maintained.
7) To keep abreast of competition, product price and trends, and provide feedback to the Management.
Requirements :
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2) At least 1 year of working experience in the Retail Supermarket/Wholesales & Trade industry.
3) Possess with good attitude, communication and negotiation skills.
4) Abundance of contacts with vendors / suppliers of various product categories will be advantageous.
5) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written skills. Mandarin is advantageous.
6) Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya and willing to travel as when require.
7) Preferably Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
