As part of the talent pool and succession planning, BPPLAS is to run the Management Trainee programme to groom & accelerate the development of potential graduates. The candidates will acquire all essential skills and knowledge to become future leaders / managers of the company.
AREA OF PROGRAMMEThe programme will be conducted for Operations which includes for departments as below:
1. Production
2. Maintenance
3. Technical
DURATION
Candidates shall be recruited on a 1-year contract basis. Upon completion, the potential candidates will be assigned to designated departments as permanent staffs.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Possess bachelor's degree in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. Fresh graduate
3. Strong analytical thinking and communication skill
