Job ResponsibilityA management trainee in our company; GWG and Group of Companies, you need to play a vital role as the beating heart of our company, where you will provide support in almost all areas of the organization including HR, Finance, IT, office management, operation, supply chain and general admin.
Key responsibilities of our dynamic management trainee include:
o You will be responsible for keeping up and overseeing the office supply purchasing and inventory, and scheduling office equipment maintenance
o You will also establish official procedures and routines for the company policies
o You will be introduced to a wide spectrum of data management functions, including paper and electronic records management, setting up and managing spreadsheets and databases, producing reports, compiling information and sometimes analysing results
o You will be responsible for special projects such as sourcing vendors for a major purchase or new project assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Professional certificate/ diploma & above in business administration or any related to this position
o Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
o Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
o Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
o Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
o Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
o Must have own transportation
o Minimum number of months of internship: 2months and above.
