Job Responsibilityo Performing and supervising effective property operations in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations.
o Conducting regular, daily, weekly and monthly inspections of properties to ensure proper functioning of building systems, minimizing hazardous conditions, safety and security risks and maximizing overall appearance of property.
o Performing and arranging for maintenance repairs for existing occupants and vacated units to achieve occupancy standards.
o Plan for events, campaigns, and roadshows.
o Increase footfall into mall and onto social media platforms.
o You are to work with Leasing & Marketing Department on marketing materials to generate sales leads.
o You are to support and manage press releases together with our Marcom Department.
o You must enjoy working with people, handling issues professionally, and making tenants a priority.
o Excellent ability to communicate, both verbally and in written form, to existing tenants as well as potential ones.
o You must have the skills to listen with a purpose, convey empathy, and ultimately solve problems
o Ensure that you are able evaluate and prioritize issues to tackle them efficiently
o Possess the ability to organized follow-up efficiently and in a timely manner.
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facility Management or a similar field is preferred.
o At least 5 years' experience in the maintenance work environment of a complex or building.
o Previous managerial experience will be required.
o Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
