Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for outlet inspection routine checklist, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting related to food and beverage operations such as coffee machine, chiller, freezer, etc.
Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance, upgrading, improvement works, and utility equipment
Coordinate, install, inspect, and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related system, or maintenance issues when required
Able to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and officers from the government regulatory department regarding regulatory inspections and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Oversee contractors for lift maintenance when necessary and monitor the fire extinguisher validity from time to time
Manage proper maintenance documentation and record in a timely manner
Ensure all allocated machinery, and fixed assets are kept in safe working order
Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in the related field
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
A valuable team player and able to work independently
Basic electronic/ electrical knowledge, general maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems, general plumbing (piping), and experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or chiller system would be added advantages
Possess GDL driving licenses would be an added advantage
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malaysia
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel
