Job Description
Job Responsibility Job Description: o Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. o Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures. o Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. o Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. o Planning and scheduling repairs. o Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. o Performing general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, basic electrical, and carpentry. o Helping to develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department. o Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies. o Travel to other outlets / branches for maintenance work. Job Requirement: o Candidate possess at least a Diploma in related field. o Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance and technician. o Able to communicate in English and BM. o Have driving license and able to travel.
