Job ResponsibilityOverview of the Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
o Assisting Facilities Manager in supervising Facilities/Maintenance Technician
o Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
o Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
o Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
o Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
o Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
o Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
o Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
o Diploma or equivalent required.
o At least five years of maintenance experience is required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
o Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
o Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
o Excellent management and supervisory skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
o Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
o Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
