Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions :
Assist day-to-day maintenance department operations
Ensure all Purchase Order records are up to date
Liaise with HR & Account department for document submissions
Provide assistance to foreman or mechanic when needed especially during outside working hours.
Keep attendance and leave records for whole team.
Assist in memo/payslip distributions.
Reply and update email to customer when necessary.
Monitor and maintain workshop cleanliness.
Other tasks required by Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Posses valid driving licences
Able to multi-task and work independently
Can work overtime when needed
Candidates with relevant experiences are preferable.
Computer literate
