Job Responsibilitya)Assist in conducting investigation into any accidents.
b)Assist safety committee and ERP team to audit ensuring compliance with regulatory and requirements.
c)Monitoring the safety team to carry out patrol check on fire extinguisher, fire hose and emergency fire evacuation. and conduct periodic inspections of field and facility operations to ensure consistency with safety program policies and procedure.
d)Assist safety committee and ERP team in carry out safety training (KYT, RA, C2 and any related training)
e)Maintaining and updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding safety and security of the company.
f)On call backup for any emergency issues.
g)Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.
h)Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.
i)Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
j)Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment
k)Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts and conduct tests to ensure that repairs are satisfactory. Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
l)Monitor performance of machinery and equipment; adjust and calibrate as needed, ensuring that equipment meets specifications and requirements
m)Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
n)Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
o)Periodically perform basic diagnostic tests and preventive maintenance, in accordance with prescribed schedules; adjust equipment and reset or calibrate sensors and controls to specs
p)Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery
q)Test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are needed
r)Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.
s)Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
