Job Responsibility- To run NC & CNC machining for tooling & mold fabrication according to drawing specifications requirement.
- Perform measurement using proper measurement gages (e.g. caliper, dial gage, profile projector, etc) to ensure quality fulfillment
- Ensure tooling or mold fabricated quality is fulfilled.
- Always perform 5S housekeeping & doing machine preventive maintenance as per daily checklist (machine cleaning, lubricating, coolant replacement, chips removal, etc) to ensure machine always in tip-top condition.
- Always comply with plant safety protocols & safety measures
- Always wearing PPE (e.g. safety googles, safety shoes, etc) at all time in the workshop.
- Any relevant and lawful task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
