Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
To involve in the planning and design of Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls & Automation (EICA) engineering works for buildings projects.
To prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works.
To collaborate with peers of other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as ensure excellent delivery of service to clients.
Oversee supervision team for site installations.
Contract administration of construction contracts.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University accredited with the Professional Engineers Board.
At least 8 years of relevant experience from either Consultancy, Property & Developer industry.
Conversant with local codes and regulations as well as authority submission procedures.
Knowledge in CAD (Autocad) & Engineering Design software is advantageous.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills.
