Job Responsibility
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Compulsory requirements
o Must 2 years or more in MEP building services knowledge experience or currently working with similar consultancy firm.
o To draw building MEP services such as Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Medical Gas piping, LPG/NG gas piping, BAS/BMS schematics, Hydraulic Plumbing, Swimming pool/ water feature pipings.
o Those who are experienced enough will be given the opportunity leadership post to lead BIM department.
o To drawing in Revit and Magicad 3D BIM environment directly.
o To do some basic design task such as but not limited to pipe sizing, duct sizing, heat load calculations, sprinkler layout spacing, cold water demand calculations, sanitary load unit discharge calculations.
o Willing to travel outstation, if required.
o Willing to station at site for MEP coordination purposes, if required.
o Must be independent to work.
o Team player and maintain constant communications to update fellow co-workers.
o Must be willing to constantly learn and upgrade oneself.
Preferential requirements
o Those with architectural or structural knowledge and experience in 3D BIM may be considered.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Compulsory requirements
o Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical).
o Must have at least Intermediate Skill Level of using Autocad, Revit BIM experience, 3D modelling, 3D MEP coordination, Naviswork, Magicad. Those who are experienced enough will be given the opportunity lead BIM department.
o Willing to accept work bonding supplement contract if send for upskilling software training.
o Candidate must have good working attitude, punctual to work and punctual to complete tasks.
o Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & optional Chinese.
o Full-Time, Work From Home (WFH), Contract term and Part-Time positions available.
o Some design knowledge of MEP.
o Possess motorcycle and car driving license and possess own transport.
o Willing to work overtime.
Preferential requirements
o Willing to Work From Home in the event of government impose restrictive movement control.
o Possess on laptop that is capable to operate at least Autocad.
o Optional know-how to operate drone; take video, video editing and compilation for presentation.
o Possess IT knowledge such as to upkeep office computer hardware and software system and antivirus security system.
