Job ResponsibilityDaily Operation Management :
- Improve and promote the quality of hub & achieving daily human resource efficiency
- Perform end-to-end hub operations (receiving - inbound - sorting - packing - outbound) to keep the hub operate smoothly and at peak efficiency
- Promote and implement system standardization process
- Familiar with the knowledge of delivery damage, loss, delay and arbitration claims. Assist in the improvement of delivery timeline & claim cost
Data Processing :
- Production of various reports
- Responsible for daily data monitoring and processing (data collection, checking, analysis, transmitting and reporting)
- Follow up and process unsent data
- Process abnormal data quality, adjust & improve operational procedure
- Inbound and Outbound Contact & Connect with Major Customers
- Receive shipment forecasts from originating station. Organize and arrange for goods receiving procedure
- Collect all outbound information and send departure forecast to the destination site
- Collect and report abnormal data on inbound and outbound operation (abnormal shipment, abnormal operation, abnormal shift etc)
- To connect with external parties, reply and answer inquiries involving various aspects of operations and shuttle
- If the goods are damaged or lost during receiving, to issue a proof of damage or loss on the spot
Job Requirements- Candidate should possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate who consist 1 to 2 years relevant working experience will be added advantage
- Able to work 6 days a week and shift rotation (9am - 6pm, 3pm - 12am)
- Good observation & communication skill
- Familiar with Microsoft excel (VLookup formula, pivot table)
- Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
