Job Responsibility1. Oversee daily operations of the Marketing & Customer Service Department.
2. Identify new foreign investors in Malaysia with aim to promote Company's services.
3. Coordinate the development of key performance goals.
4. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
5. Understanding and developing budgets, including profit-loss projections on existing, new and potential customers.
6. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
7. Work collaboratively with the company's operations team.
8. Provide direct management of key executives in the Department.
9. Ensure overall delivery and quality of services provided to customers.
10. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
