Job Responsibility
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly shipment report.
- Handle customer complaints.
