Job Responsibility

Logistics

• Liaise with the production team on product completion schedules
• Coordinate with logistics supplier on shipping schedules
• Preparing shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO, etc.)
• Handling of haulage and shipping arrangements

 

Production

• Keeps management informed by preparing daily reports on production schedules and material inventory
• Maintaining daily report submission on the production of material and finished goods.
• Monitor daily reports on goods produced and raw materials for any abnormality
• Coordinate between sales and production on orders received
• Generate production orders according to purchase orders received
• Purchasing of basic raw material

 

Minor roles

• Organizing office operations and filing systems
• Ensuring receivables are correct according to documents.
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

 
Job Requirements

• Prefer candidates with 2 years experience in related field
• SPM/Higher Learning Institute
• Logistics knowledge
• Manufacturing knowledge
• Office administration
• Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge 
• SQL
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidates need to be able to work independently.
• Strong attention to details
