Job Description
o Responsible for customer service, logistics & inventory management.
o Responsible for inventory accuracy for finished goods and raw material.
o Stock receiving, loading, forecast, planning, stock take, etc.
o Coordinate internally and externally (sales, production, admin, driver, customer, transporter, supplier).
o Supervise and lead team included foreign worker.
o Maintain and upkeep documentation.
o Ensure stock audits and inventory arrangement conducted properly and effectively.
o Submit reports required by management on timely basis.
o Act on other duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
o Minimum 1 year experience in shipping, logistic, manufacturing or related field.
o Preferably experience in supervising and managing staffs.
o Willing to work in cold storage environment.
o Good in follow-up and update to manager.
o Able to work overtime if required.
o Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
o High accuracy in stock count and data entry.
o Proactive, high sense of urgency and sharp attention to details.
o Good communication, planning and execution skills.
o Proficiency in system data entry, Ms excel, word, Whatsapp.
