Job ResponsibilityProduction department in handling of manufactured goods.
I. Handle packing or re-packing of finished goods and sample and to put-up correct labels
II. Handle material crushing and to put up correct label on every bag of crushed material
III. Ensure packing and crushing areas are always clean and well managed
IV. Move crushed material to designated area
V. Assist in manual blending, dryer cleaning and CCO.
VI. Cover production packer duty during their absence.
VII. Top-up hopper with raw material.
VIII. Re-arrange FG and WIP to appropriate warehouse location after completed by production.
IX. Monitor the consumption of packaging materials and request Lubrizol to replenish when necessary.
X. Perform housekeeping for production line (IM Plant) & Warehouse during off days (c/w OT) or when production shut down.
