Job ResponsibilityJob Role:
o Data Processing work related to the logistics field: search, analyze, audit, input, as well as reporting management.
o Email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.
o Ensure that all documents generated with highest accuracy.
o Ensure discrepancies and pending files are escalated for prompt resolution.
o Prepare shipping documents eg, Bill of Lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, Invoices etc.
o Assist with any other assignments as and when required.
Pre-requisites:
o Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant discipline with SPM credit in Mathematics and English.
o Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office.
o Proficiency in written/oral English is essential.
o Good interpersonal attitude - attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented.
o Able to work on fixed shift (Monday - Saturday) and public holidays
(Shift allowance provided).
o Knowledge and working experience in logistics documentation would be added advantage.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
