Job Responsibility1. Planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.
2. File record as per ISO standard.
3. Handle vendor return if any.
4. To inspect in-process and out-going materials / products.
5. Monitor vendor (forwarder) performance.
6. Inform requestor upon the material received.
7. Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
8. Planning and tracking the shipment according to customer requirements.
9. Request quotation from forwarder and prepare for delivery arrangement.
10. Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Monitoring all inventory quantities, helping to maintain planned Inventory Stock levels and inventory tracking spreadsheet.
12. On the job training.
