Job ResponsibilityJOB PURPOSE
The Loader Operator is responsible for controlling the raw material in stockpiles, quality control, daily maintenance and plant housekeeping and HSE and Compliance with the purpose of running daily plant operation.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Raw Material Control
Ensure pilling up sand / aggregates to the hopper in order adequate sand / aggregates for production of concrete.
2. Quality Control
Ensure the material (course & fine aggregates) at stockpiles area are well separated.
3. Maintenance and Housekeeping
o Ensure maintain/ service the wheel loader (daily check by wheel loader driver)
o Ensure maintain the housekeeping and cleanliness of the batching plant.
o Perform other duties with the use of the wheel leader (to level uneven ground, to assist technician, etc)
4. HSE and Compliance
Ensure safe working environment in plant area.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior
QUALIFICATION
-Minimum PMR/SPM
-At least 1 year of working experience in Ready Mix Concrete Industry
