Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. To lead a group of Production Operator to achieve production requirement with proper control condition.
2. Ensuring that the company's quality system and policy is understood, implement and maintained at all time.
3. Taking instruction from the superior and getting work delegated with minimum cost and time frame.
4. To prepare daily job report such as work in progress, daily monitoring check sheet, down time, Product Failure Report and so on and keep track the production output against planned.
5. To request and ensure the raw material and others production need are available for daily production operation.
6. To ensure the production operation performs smoothly with proper guide and direct to the Production Operator.
7. Work closely with CED personnel on die maintenance activities.
8. Extracting discipline and building morale among operators of the work place.
9. To assist new line set up as and when necessary.
10. To enforce the safety regulation in accordance to an occupational safety and health act.
11. Involved in all activities related to the performance of the unit such 5S, TPM, KAIZEN, ICC and/ or any activities prescribe by his / her supervisor.
12. Adheres to all Company's rules and regulations.
13. To maintain work station and surrounding areas in neat and tidy condition.
14. To perform shift work when it is required by the management.
15. To perform other duty as may be required which commensurate with the grading of the post.
