Job Description
Job Responsibility
Professional medication dispensing, consultation and counseling
Manage and record poison and stock inventory
Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation
Assist in basic management and team building
Conduct training and performance assessment of the team
Train, supervise and monitor sales performance and service
Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches
Job Requirements
Full time position only
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology.
Registered with Malaysia Pharmacy Board
Sufficient understanding towards pharmacy's law and regulations
Continuous learning and keeping up with latest medical knowledge
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialects will be an added bonus
Good PR and communication skills
Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
Experienced in pharmacy management, inventory control and purchasing will be an added advantage
Flexible working schedules and willing to work on selected weekends and public holidays
Flexibility and open-minded in accepting new task and challenges
Market sensitive with strong marketing awareness
Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to join as training will be provided
