Job ResponsibilityoDraft and review contract agreement and provide advice to safeguard the company's interests including tenders and awards.
oManage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation.
oMonitor contract close-out, extension and renewal.
oRegularly monitor the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective and performed comprehensive contractual reviews and evaluations.
oManage the contracts performance management including resolving non-performance of contracts and termination of contract upon agreement of all related parties.
oProvide sound legal advice and solution to the Management.
oCoordinate and become the liaison with the group's legal department, company secretary, external lawyers and other third-party advisors on company's legal and corporate matters.
