Job ResponsibilitySenior Position in Middle management level
Providing legal advice to parent company and subsidiaries,
corresponding with the group, identify, justify, clarify and
propose all related legal matters.
Researching information and preparing legal
documents/contracts/agreements.
Attending meeting with clients to assist on legal matters
especially for contract/agreement or related matters.
Keeping up to date with changes and/or amendment
and/or revision on legislation and acts.
Preparing the accounts of a legal practise.
Assist and working alongside with paralegals, legal
secretaries and other legal professionals.
Evaluation on the risk of contract/agreement/ company
collaboration or relevant to it in the forms of legal view.
1s level support to conduct a legal matter against company
clients/ vendors / partners or any related to it.
Posses at least a degree / postgraduate's degree:
