Job ResponsibilityMost of the working time will be related to:
- Communication with drivers: registering them in a mobile application, solving current work issues;
- Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips online or on the phone \ face-to-face;
- Tracking the quality of the provided service;
- Participation in promotional campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
Job RequirementsThis job is for you if:
- Multitasking is comfortable for you;
- You are an active communicator and know how to be convincing;
- You quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
- Your English is at least B2 level or higher;
- You have at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service \ Sales \ Retail or Sales Promotion
