Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a preferred focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience or business role providing deep insight in design, development, and delivery of complex learning solutions.
Certified facilitator or trainer from reputable certification [HRDF] or professional institution or bodies would have an added advantage
Experience delivering complex learning solutions in a dynamic and agile environment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of every level of organization
Experience learning delivery operations for site staff.
Learning & Development (Learning Management System) Job Scope
To identify and establish effective learning & development to the employees by shaping strategies and plan to drive culture ownership and strong emotional connection to the purpose of organisation. Responsible for the Culture, Training & Talent Development functions. LMS needs to formulate and develop the framework for the strategy and detailed communication plans for the transformation.
JD role not limited to TSC's and/or associate silica beneficiation companies;
Manage targeted development programmes for top, senior management, and all employees for the L&D programmes. Task are includes;
Facilitate induction program for newcomers;
Hosting and facilitation of learning specific topics and group engagement activities for the newcomers;
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning activities further implement the training matrix;
Liaise with a senior leadership team to implement cultural change, change management, diversity and inclusion best practices with an emphasis on programs that impact employee experience;
Translate employee feedback and performance data into strategic HR initiatives to drive a high performing and engaging culture;
Identify learning needs in accordance with the operation needs and organization strategies, develop training calendar and implement high impact learning & development programs.
Manage Training Budget by plan and execute internal, external and public training as per yearly training plan;
Manage and conduct the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - develop a training needs assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery method;
Continuous improvement of culture and learning process, systems and policy;
Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide development opportunities for employees;
Lead and implement engagement initiatives that build on and enhance purpose, culture, and strategic priorities to keep employees informed and excited by change management initiatives in a timely, engaging manner;
LMS programme registration and management;
Participant enrolment, communications, and engagement throughout the programme;
Facilitator liaison and support on programme materials and requirements;
Post-workshop evaluations and analysis;
Manage training utilization report of all budget training activities;
To implement, maintain and comply with Company Integrated Management system Policy, procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001 :2015 Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018 Safety & Health Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System;
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Reporting and Analysis
Manage completion report of all learning activities for Compliance related and non-compliance related training;
Participant enrolment, communications, and engagement throughout the programme
Leadership survey administration and report compilation;
Generate monthly completion report for the each targeted goals for the learning and development;
