Job ResponsibilityDuties/Responsibilities:
? Carrying out staff induction for new team members.
? Responsible of all Training functions which include TNA, Yearly Training Plan, Training effectiveness, Training Procedure, Training Record Keeping ,sourcing for training provider, Training budget , HRDCorp application and claim.
? Carrying out staff induction for new team members.
? To assist HOD on company performance management related matters.
? To assist HOD on implementation on counselling session in SPSC.
? To assist HOD on implementation of Human Resources Policy and employee's handbook of terms and conditions.
? To carry out for Company's Event, Welfare program and external activities.
? To carry out any task based on the current SOP.
? To communicate with related Government authorities bodies.
? To communicate with MISIF, MIHRM & MEF.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
? Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
? Able to work independently under minimal supervision
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Counselling / Psychology or any related course .
? Fresh graduate can apply but must have PASSION in developing talents - training will be provided.
