Job Description
Job Responsibility
To manage the work of Cleaning and Landscape leaders or workers which all include training, instructing and supervising the activities of work engage in maintenance of areas.
Monitoring and supervise general workers on daily routine and secheduled maintenance.
Attend and participate to meeting as required by the clients or administrative department.
Plans landscaping tasks and instruct workers in taking care or nursery, planting and trasplanting and pruning of trees or shrubs especially for Landscape Supervisor.
Perform other duties as described under Facilities Engineer or Assistant Facilities Engineer.
To ensure all works carried out by the workers as set out in their job description are completed with due observation to appropriate and safety requirements.
Ensuring correct levels of stocks is held and replenish and order when the minimum levels arise.
Handle complaints and take action immediately to satisfied end user.
Keep accurate document record and in relation to all aspects of work and prepare report as required.
To ensure all the workers wear any personal protective (PPE) supplied - safety shoes, safety glasses, vests, gloves or any other PPE indentified for that job specified.
To ensure all the workers have training and knowledge of how to use equipment necessary to carry out the assigned jobs.
To ensure all the instruction and direction and complete tasks to the highest standard and satisfied.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
