Job ResponsibilityJOB PURPOSE
Lab Technician is responsible to perform quality check at the lab and reporting to verify the lab trial or trialmix of new product concrete produce is meeting design specification mainly to ensure end products quality are meet.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Coordinate with qc engineer in doing internal trial mixes and carry out continuous research and development of the concrete for cost optimization.
o Assist qc engineer in doing Lab trial or trial mix and R&D
o Responsible to do the lab testing to ensure the quality of all materials compliance with all specifications to maintain the quality of the end products.
o Take concrete samples for checking of slumps and casting cubes. Test, mark, organize and cure cubes collection from lab trial/ trail mix activities for testing purpose and quality monitoring.
o Assist to coordinate with independent lab (if any) to send the cubes sample and gather the cubes results.
o Maintain testing equipment to shorten any unexpected/unavoidable breakdown. Execute the cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of testing plant area for safe and conducive working environment.
o To undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

-Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or other related
