Job Responsibilityo Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
o Minimum 6 - 8 years relevant industry experience.
o Involvement in projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
o Strong knowledge / experience in the Wholesale Banking processes.
o Experience and knowledge in Wholesale Derivative / Equity system is a plus.
o Good understanding of settlement cycle and trade workflow.
o Possess analytical and strategic mindset with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
o Technical skills Requirement:
o 5+ years experience working in IT development / support roles
o Solid background in ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server
o Experience with .NET Core, Git, DevOps tools and processes a plus
o Proficient in IIS + Microsoft SQL Server administration
o Understanding or experience working with financial products / systems a plus
o Must have strong leadership and people management skills; influential with good time management.
o Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
o Highly result oriented and can work independently.
o Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders.
o Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects in the team.
o Experience in managing solution delivery through multiple teams and oursourcing arrangement.
