Job ResponsibilityResponsibility
o To perform installation setup, commissioning and testing of equipment at customer's site.
o On site troubleshooting and able to determine source of problems in both hardware and software.
o Able to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions in shortest time required.
o Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
o Provide training to customer
o Support sales team in providing technical clarification and service report.
o Undertake other duties and responsibility which may assigned by Company from time to time.
Requirement
o Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics)
o 1 to 2 years related of working experience in related field will be an added advantage.
o Self- motivated and proactive.
o Good communication and interpersonal skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
o Possess own transport and willing to travel local and outstation.
o Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
