? Handling materials planning and supply chain activities for multiple projects with (Major Customers HP Inc, Dyson, Bose, Jabra, Anova, Varjo and E-Mobility Projects).
? Rich experience in handling NPI projects material purchase and meet the build schedule on time for EVT, PVT and DVT builds (Major customers experience Bose, Dyson, Skip, Specialized, and Nuheara).
? Key member of S&OP team to achieve the sales & control inventory DOS as planned.
? Responsible for Load vs commit management, to achieve rolling 3 months LVC <=110% based on customer forecast demand to avoid excess Inventory every Quarter end.
? Based on the demand forecasts from sales team generate a component level material plan to PP team.
? Shortage reports with detailed comments on Clear to Build (CTB) to plan production based on MPS loading.
? Schedule and coordinate status of materials within & with the external suppliers to expedite materials in conjunction with the MRP.
? Achieving the ITO target of assigned by top management to control and reduce inventory every quarter.
? E&O Mitigation with customer/PM based on MSA Contract and claim E&O amount from customer timely.
? Review of BOM components LT, MOQ, Price and supply constraints to improve delivery time to customer and reduce exposure.
? Supplier RFQ review, selection and qualification, vendor code set up approval and system readiness.
? Monitoring the tooling schedule with supplier for getting samples and coordinate with CFT team for sample approval and follow up the delivery schedule with supplier
? Monitoring vendor performance and expediting where necessary. Ensure that problems relating to delivery, quality are promptly conveyed to the supplier and resolved in a timely manner.
? Prepare Risk buy report of Material purchase for NPI/MP build and get customer approval for E&O Liability.
? Review of UPPV and RPPV timely with SSCM/Customer to claim the cost.
? Maintain high customer satisfaction by achieving on time delivery for NPI Projects and appreciated by plant GM and rewarded.
? Completed 3 IKW's, 1EKW and 3 SGA's during Q1FY22 to Q3FY22, resulted $26k OP cost savings per annum.
? Awarded the Lean Green belt Certification and assigned as mentor of Lean practice for upcoming projects.
? Implemented the pulse digital dashboard of KOI trackers for Flex Zhuhai Site.
