Job Responsibility
Sanofi Business Services (SBS), has a captive shared service centre in Kuala Lumpur, providing end-to-end HR services to contractors in China, Asia, Japan, and Pacific covering the following areas of the HR Services (HRS) process:

On/Off Boarding
Change Job
Movement: within organization, domestic relocation, international transfer (short term), International Permanent Transfer (IPT)
Expatriate Managment

About the team
The Country Focal Point - ELC & C2R, South Korea will report to the SBS HR Services ELC & C2R/Query Team Lead and work closely with the HR team, BU heads, BU Admin/secretary, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Security, Legal, IT Services Business Partners, Facilities management, Payroll and Time & Expense BPO partner and HRS front line teams in countries/ region.

Job Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle
Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBS in Korea as per respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage the onboarding process and coordinate the administration of national or international transfers (if any)
Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
Manage all documents related to contractor management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Operations
Create records, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
Administer termination activities, coordinate collection of assets
Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
Build, document and transfer HRS Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee lifecycle management
Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database

Continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Participate in global projects as required

Job Requirements:
Graduate or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant
1 - 2 years of experience in HR functions preferably in an international multicultural environment - added advantage
Fluent in English and Korean (mandatory requirement)
Basic understanding of HR operation processes (if any)
Hands-on experience with Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (preferable)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate level proficiency in Excel
Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HRS front line teams with an end to end mindset
Good communication skills at all level, verbal and written
Attentive to customer focus needs and feedback
Positive thinking and attitude
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
