Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION
o Ensure that all Kitchens are Cleaned, Organized and sanitized
o Ensure all daily tasks list are completed
o Ensuring inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
o Ensuring that garbage & recycling removal is being done in a timely manner and done according to the rules set in place by the hotel
o Assist in the correct usage of all chemicals within the department and outlets, including appropriate training in accordance with provincial SFSMS, HACCP & OSH legislation
o Conduct individual development discussion and performance reviews as assigned on a monthly basis
o Conduct performance discussions and ensure all progressive corrective actions forms are completed correctly and in a timely manner
o Assist any outlets and culinary team for any kind of resource request
o Ensuring all equipment is cleaned, maintained and properly stored after an event
o Attend and participate in departmental meetings
o Ensure all storage room are kept clean and organized
o Filling positions within the department when needed
o Have a proactive eye for detail and cleanliness
o Actively participate in hotel committee (Serve Safe, environmental, learning, Health and Safety...)
o Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program
o Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
o Other reasonable duties as assigned
o Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
o Maintain a clean and safe work environment
o Other duties as assigned
